My best friend’s wedding
On the 20th of June 2011 two of my closest friends, Jo and Karl got married. Not only did I have the pleasure of being present on this special day but was also given the honour of being Jo’s make up artist but also her bridesmaid.

A curious hen party in Essex
The lovely Becky Hoh from www.amostcuriousparty.co.uk asked me to be part of her team to create a lovely vintage party to remember. I packed my kit and trundled off to Braintree in Essex to meet lovely bride to be Vicki and her hens, and what a lovely surprise I got. Becky had set the most perfect scene, a gorgeous tea party, bunting across the garden, sandwiches and cupcakes by Jess www.cupcakesbyjess.tumblr.com
There was even a table laden with vintage hairbands and mirror. Becky has an eye for detail and nothing is missed. I also had the pleasure of working alongside Jo Millington http://joannamillingtonweddings.blogspot.com/ who was photo-documenting the day and talented hairsylist Ceri www.cericushen.com
As makeup artist I had to create makeup for 16 ladies, giving each a touch of glamour with the flicked liquid line and classic red lip, not to mention a delicately place beauty spot. It has to be said this became more challenging as the day went on due to the countless bottles of wine being open, and the music getting louder and louder with each song. Nevertheless, I had the most wonderful day with these ladies and wish Vicki and Ashley a lifetime of happiness.

Had the pleasure of meeting these guys and got punk princesses Kat and Josie glammed up for their evening at Kerrang. Perfect skin, smoked up eyes and lashes, stunning.
